12. Comments required from Committee on following concerns raised by Tennis Action Group, represented by John Beaumont:

• Proposal for change in club rules to allow parents of junior members to have a vote at General Meetings.
• Proposal that the committee respond at the AGM to 4 concerns regarding its club management:
• Actions taken by committee relating to EGM
• Treatment and loss of Jose Perdomo as coach at SLTC
• Detrimental effects of loss of JP on SLTC
• Actions of committee contrary to Club Constitution
• Proposal to make a new contract for coach Jose Perdomo following his completion of level 3 certification in March 2022.
